Do you ship skateboards internationally?
Unfortunately, due to the current situation with tariffs, we can only ship domestically to the US at this time.
We are constantly keeping tabs on the situation, and should anything change, we will resume shipping internationally.

Can I ride the skateboards?
Absolutely! Our boards are made with 7-ply American Maple and are designed for you to get out there and skate!
Though we do know there are some who don't want to damage the graphics, so they're perfectly fine to use as a wall hang as well.
Please note that our skateboards do not come fully assembled and do not include any of the following:
- Grip Tape
- Wheels
- Truck
Important Note for Skateboard Graphics
Our skateboards graphics are applied via heat transfer. Colors that are printed may appear different than how they are displayed on your monitor. We do pride ourselves on making sure the image on the product listing is idientical to the finished product.
Any signs of slight cosmetic defects are common from natural wood boards and is to be expected. Slight cosmetic defects such as described are not concidered damaged goods.
Skateboard Pre-Order
All Skateboard pre-orders ship out within 5-6 weeks. You will receive a separate email with a more precise shipping date and tracking number once the product is ready to ship.
Please be assured that your product will arrive to you with enough patience as the manufacturing process is out of our hands once we've submitted our boards for production.
*We inform every customer about potential delays in shipments for both pre-order and in-stock purchases in our FAQ, product listings, shipping policy page, and agreement terms checkbox prior to checkout.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item should not be used, damaged, or peeled in any way and in the original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

How long does it take to ship?
Pre-Orders will ship within 5-6 weeks of your initial purchase. Once the product is ready to ship, you will receive a separate email with a precise shipping date and tracking number.
In-stock products will ship within 3-5 business days after payment has been processed.
Orders are generally received within 7 business days after shipping.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout for large/oversized items.

We ship US Domestic and to Canada.
Please note that depending on your location, you may be charged a Customs/Duties Fee after you have placed your purchase. It is the sole responsibility of you (the buyer) to cover this fee.

How can I track my package?
When you make a purchase you will recieve a confirmation email. Once we have processed your order you should recieve a 2nd email that your product has been shipped along with a tracking number.
You can use our package tracker with your order or tracking number to see where your order is.
Please note that for Pre-orders there will be sometime inbetween the confirmation and 2nd email.
If you do not recieve an email please contact us and we will send you your tracking number.
Tracking number says my package was 'delivered' but I never recieved it.
The Lazy Panda Company cannot refund or replace orders 'lost in transit' or 'delivered' by USPS, UPS, or DHL.
Please be aware that The Lazy Panda Company is not responsible for any packages 'lost in transit' or 'delivered' by USPS, UPS, or DHL.
Always double check with your local post office, neighbor, or resident first to see if your package was misplaced.
If the package is still lost, we can provide assistance once you file a claim/send in a help request form with the respective mailing carrier.
For international orders, please confirm USPS/UPS/DHL delivers to your country/locale before ordering with us. If you suspect your package was misplaced, contact your local post office as we no longer have jurisdiction over our parcels once they travel outside the continental United States.
